- Master pranayama, shatkarmsa or kriyas, mudras and bands techniques effectively and safely, following the philosophical and ethical principles of the Yoga tradition. - Master pratyahara, dharana and dhyana techniques, and following the philosophical and ethical principles of the Yoga tradition. - Establish the processes and periodicity for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the objectives established in the different Yoga instruction programs. - Analyze and define the processes of physiological adaptation of the body to physical activity in Yoga and relate these processes to health, improving the quality of life and well-being. - Describe and carry out the diagnostic analysis of the intervention context, collecting, processing and integrating the different types of information obtained to specify the operational objectives of the Yoga programs and activity sessions based on the general reference programming. - Design Yoga instruction sessions in accordance with the operational reference programming, applying the methodology established in said programming adapted to the characteristics and needs of the practitioners and the available means, explaining the risk prevention measures imposed by current regulations and verifying that the established accessibility criteria are respected. - Apply techniques for directing and energizing Yoga instruction sessions, in accordance with its operational design, adapting to the characteristics and needs of the practitioners and materials established for their development, adopting risk prevention measures and ensuring accessibility to all practitioners.
