Objectives
- Analyze the elements that favor correct body alignment in the practice of Aerobics and related activities, establishing, where appropriate, the means to correct it - Analyze and correctly reproduce the technique of the basic and advanced steps of Aerobics and its related activities, demonstrating the capacity for creative combination and deduction of all its variants for their application in the development of choreographies - Interpret and practically reproduce different given choreographies that are recorded in audiovisual or written support, discriminating their structure choreographic and musical - Select the most appropriate music/s for different choreographic compositions suitable for use in collective Fitness programs with musical support, identifying their structural elements and possibilities of application-use. - Design choreographies and choreographic progressions typical of collective fitness with musical support, to be used in collective fitness programs with musical support. - Develop the musical support by adding previously selected musical pieces to adapt it to a reference choreography.

It carries out its activity both in the public sphere, be it the General Administration of the State, regional or local administrations, as well as in private entities, whether large, medium or small companies, in gyms, sports services companies, sports boards or municipal sports entities, sports clubs or associations, clubs or associations of a social nature, tourist companies (hotels, camping, spas, others), large companies with sports services for their employees, geriatric or social centers, sports federations, public organizations of sports (deputations, general directorates of sports, others).
What it prepares you for
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0515_3 Choreographies, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself. (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
