- Understand the general ideas and specific details of the usual administrative management procedures in the relationship with the client in a standard foreign language, transmitted in conversations, recordings, instructions, or others, clear and without distortions or noise. - Interpret professional routine documentation of a simple nature, in a standard foreign language, typical of administrative management activities in relation to the client, obtaining relevant information, using reference material and dictionaries when necessary. - Produce simple, linked and structured oral messages in a foreign language with reasonable fluency, in common and non-complex situations in the social and professional field of the administration and reception area, making appropriate use of the usual rules of courtesy. - Write and complete common, routine and simple texts in administrative activities in relation to the client, in a standard foreign language, accurately and in all types of support, using the appropriate basic technical language and applying correctness, spelling and grammatical criteria. - Maintain conversations clearly, in a standard foreign language, in administrative activities related to customer relations, with a certain naturalness and confidence, understanding and providing explanations in typical, routine situations in the professional field.
This professional carries out his activity as an employee, in any company or entity in the private or public sector, mainly in a commercial department, a purchasing and/or warehouse department, or in a reception, registration, complaints handling or after-sales service, performing the functions at the request of a senior manager.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF0977_2 Professional Foreign Language for Administrative Management in the Relationship with the Client, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
