Analyze the organizational, functional and productive structure of the furniture industries. Differentiate the materials necessary in the manufacture of furniture. Analyze the resources necessary in the furniture industry for the production of furniture. Determine production, optimizing available resources, based on the established plan. Specify the water, air, cold, heat and electricity requirements of the machines and processes and supervise the operation and maintenance of the auxiliary services that ensure their supply. Formulate technical information for production units, distributing it with the required clarity. Examine the production control program with the established ratios, according to the manufacturing program. Interpret and select the technical information necessary for the control of production in furniture industries and process the standard documentation required for its distribution. Control the cutting, machining, sanding and finishing operations in the furniture manufacturing production process, the management of available equipment and the storage of finished products. Analyze the automated manufacturing systems and processes used in the wood, furniture and cork industries, relating the different phases to the materials, machines, facilities and output products. Analyze methods and develop procedures for the control of the means of production in wood, furniture and cork industries, which ensure their implementation.
It carries out its activity in the production area of medium and large companies dedicated to the manufacture of furniture on an employed or self-employed basis.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1362_3 Organization of Production in the Furniture Manufacturing Industries, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
