- Analyze and relate the characteristics that enable the unity of people with autism spectrum disorders and assistance dogs, taking into account prevention, danger prevention, risk identification and animal welfare. - Determine specific training activities for assistance dogs for people with autism spectrum disorders, taking into account danger prevention, risk identification and animal welfare. - Determine dissemination activities for the tasks of the assistance dog for people with autism spectrum disorders (presentation, exhibition, informative talk, round table, among others) in public and private events, with attention to the media, that facilitate its social acceptance, taking into account the prevention of dangers, the identification of risks and animal welfare. - Apply training techniques to assistance dogs for people with autism spectrum disorders, in a controlled work environment, taking into account danger prevention, risk identification and animal welfare. - Confirm in real environments the consolidated behavior in controlled environments, to meet the objectives set in the work program, taking into account hazard prevention, risk identification and animal welfare. - Determine operations that enable the unity of a person with autism spectrum disorders and an assistance dog taking into account danger prevention, risk identification and animal welfare.
He carries out his professional activity both on his own and as an employee, in the field of entities related to the training of assistance dogs. Its activity, in general, is carried out autonomously under the supervision of a hierarchical superior person. In the development of professional activity, the principles of universal accessibility are applied in accordance with current legislation.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module MF2021_3 Training and bonding techniques applied to dogs for people with autism spectrum disorders, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls that published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as by the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
