Summary
The so -called information society has great importance in the business field. Due to the large number of the information it stores, it can be treated and with it forecast problems in society and different clients. This information is already part of our day to day and can be a great advantage if it is given the use it deserves. In addition, the regulations in the data protection environment have been modified until the current Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights. Therefore, this course is necessary to know the obligations regarding the information and know of the advantages it can generate in society.

Therefore, this course is necessary to know the obligations regarding the information and know of the advantages it can generate in society.
Who is it addressed to?
Aimed at managers, lawyers, responsible for legal advice. Also to those who have an equivalent degree or title in business administration and management, area of law and legislation, as well as any person who wishes to improve their directive capacities. It is also aimed at those who wish to improve their professional training acquiring in the knowledge of implementation of these business crime and data protection systems.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
