Expert course in height rescue techniques and confined spaces + practical first aid course (double degree with 5 ECTS credits)

The rescue work in height and/or confined spaces, evacuation and rescue has a series of basic principles that must be respected in order to carry out a safe and effective work. This course offers you specialized training in rescue techniques to act as quickly as possible, and learning the basic first aid techniques in case of needing them.

- Perform rescue and rescue operations in height, using the appropriate materials, techniques and self -protection measures to save lives, in different types of events. - Perform rescue operations of trapped in confined spaces, applying techniques and procedures, according to intervention zone and verifying the safety conditions of affected and intervening people. - Describe rescue and rescue techniques in confined spaces, valuing the adaptation of each of them. - Provide students with the necessary knowledge to develop basic first aid actions. - Recognize risk and emergency situations and adopt the most appropriate prevention and protection measures in each case.

It develops its professional activity in firefighters dedicated to fire extinction and rescue throughout the national territory, as a worker dependent on public administrations (state, regional and local), as well as, medium and large companies, being able to exercise international collaboration actions.

This course is aimed at all security professionals or any person interested in height rescue techniques and confined spaces.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
