Social Intervention prepares you to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an Expert in the courts and Tribunals of Justice, especially in the civil and criminal field. Article 335.1 of the LEC (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on Civil Procedure) refers to this figure and establishes that: ""When scientific, artistic, technical or practical knowledge is necessary to assess relevant facts or circumstances in the matter or acquire certainty about them, the parties could contribute to the process the opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge." "With this Judicial Expert Course you will be able to practice before demands from Individuals and Companies, Administration and Justice. The student, at the end of the course, will obtain a Diploma that will allow him to register as a Professional Associate in ASPEJURE and be able to practice in the Courts and Tribunals. "

This Immigration Judicial Expert Course. Social Intervention is aimed at university graduates in the subject matter of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional title, it is also aimed at any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, tribunals, especially in the criminal and civil fields. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: Experts must have the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
