The Wood Sawing course prepares you to skillfully handle the entire process of receiving, classifying and preparing round wood, ensuring efficient stock control and applying occupational health and safety regulations. You will learn to remove metal particles, cut and peel wood, as well as manage by-products. Additionally, you will acquire advanced skills in sawing, resawing and sorting wood, mastering cutting technology and quartering techniques. It should be noted that this course is complementary and does not qualify for professional practice. This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Professional Certificate MAMA0209 Wood Sawing, certifying having passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself.
