Summary
The legal framework of the European Union establishes clear rules in terms of the importance of preventing, eliminating and reducing the level of risks in human health throughout the food chain, including processes, products and activities related to food manipulation and production. Food security has as its objective the evaluation, management and communication of eating risks that will subsequently be consumed by humans in addition to promoting adequate training in matters related to health promotion and education. To achieve this, there are certain actions carried out in the phases of the food chain whose objective is none other than to achieve the protection of the health of the citizen population. Thanks to this master, the student will be able to develop an adequate rational evaluation of all the problems caused in the world of food security.

It is a good way to respond to all those frequent issues that usually arise, related to the danger that consumers can cause inadequate food manipulation.
