- Classify the functions and characteristics of the base software for the operation of a microinformatic system. - Apply operating systems installation and configuration processes to activate the features of the computer equipment, according to specific specifications. - Update the operating system of a computer equipment to include new functionalities and solve security problems, according to technical specifications. - Use the applications provided by operating systems, for the exploitation of the same according to technical specifications. - Identify the physical components of the computer system detailing its connections and main operating indicators to obtain adequate exploitation parameters, according to established specifications. - Manipulate the types of fungible material associating them to physical devices, to guarantee their functionality, according to technical specifications. - Identify the types of access to the computer system as well as its safety mechanisms describing its main characteristics and more common associated tools to guarantee the use of system resources. - Interpret the monitoring traces of the accesses and activity of the system identifying anomalous situations, following given specifications. - Apply backup and restoration procedures, verify its realization and manipulate storage means to guarantee the integrity of computer system information, following given specifications. - Describe the environmental and security conditions for the operation of the physical equipment and devices that guarantee the given exploitation parameters.

The master computer systems prepares the student to develop their professional activity both on their own, and on behalf of public or private entities or entities of any size, which have computer equipment for their management, and in companies or computer departments.

This master's degree in computer systems prepares to acquire the necessary knowledge to know the installation and update of operating systems, the exploitation of the functionalities of the microinformatic system, the maintenance and inventory of the physical subsystem, the monitoring of access to the computer system and the backup and restoration of information.

This master's degree in computer systems is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of computer science and communications, more specifically to computer systems, within the professional area systems and telematics and who intend to obtain knowledge related to the installation and update of operating systems, the exploitation of the functionalities of the microinformatics system, the maintenance and inventory of the physical subsystem, the monitoring of the access to the computer system and the restoration information.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
