The objectives to be achieved by completing this Master in Recruitment are the following: - Know what social networks are and their different types. - Analyze how to search for talent and what is the optimal way to do it through social networks. - Reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of online recruitment and selection. - Recognize the tools, channels and applications we have, and the best way to take advantage of them. - Establish objectives, define a strategy and plan the 2.0 recruitment search using different social networks. - Know and analyze the phases that the selection interview goes through. - Specify the application and functionality of the different types of selection techniques. - Introduce the student to the phases and techniques of the selection process. - Obtain a global vision of the use and importance of the selection process by Competencies. - Provide a more strategic vision of the Human Resources department, to be able to apply measures in workforce planning, selection, recruitment, training, promotion and remuneration in a manner aligned with the company's general strategy. - Provide a new evaluation of the worker regarding their skills and performance to achieve the objectives and values of the organization. - Know what social networks are and their different types. - Analyze how to search for talent and what is the optimal way to do it through social networks. - Reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of online recruitment and selection. - Recognize the tools, channels and applications we have, and the best way to take advantage of them. - Establish objectives, define a strategy and plan the 2.0 recruitment search using different social networks. - Acquire basic and updated knowledge about the management of contracts, payrolls and procedures with Social Security. - Know the different applications available and the influence of culture 2.0 for talent and knowledge management. - Provide the student in a quick and easy way with the necessary knowledge to apply new technologies to the functions and tasks of a human resources department. - Acquire knowledge of innovation and motivation.
