At present, in the world of food industries and within the professional area of diverse foods, more specifically in the auxiliary maintenance and internal transport operations of the food industry, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the basic maintenance of machines and facilities in the food industry.

Objetivos

- Help improve safety conditions in the workplace, collaborating in compliance with specific safety and hygiene regulations. - Auxiliary in the preparation and maintenance operations of equipment and facilities for the elaboration and treatment of food products, following instructions received.

Salidas profesionales

Any company in the food industry, small, medium or large, performing simple and routine tasks and operations, which imply a degree of basic autonomy, always working under instructions of a superior manager. It develops its activity in the areas of care and maintenance of facilities and equipment and in work related to internal transport and storage.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0547_1 basic maintenance of machines and facilities in the food industry certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
