MF1282-3 course planning and supervision of the assembly of machinery, industrial equipment and automated lines

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the planning, management and realization of the maintenance and supervision of the assembly of machinery, industrial equipment and automated production lines, within the professional area of machinery and industrial equipment. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to plan and supervise the installation in the machinery, industrial equipment and automated lines.

- Perform machining and adjustment operations used in plant facilities. - Locate machines and facilities equipment with their accessories, applying assembly and settlement techniques from the valid assembly and regulations, with the quality provided for in them and complying with the regulations for prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Install accessories and interconnection elements of the different subsystems that make up the facilities in the plant of machinery, industrial equipment and automated facilities, complying with the required standards and regulations required. - Determine the activities, resources and work plan of the machinery assembly process, industrial equipment and automated lines from the analysis of the technical assembly documentation. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Relate the security media and equipment used in the assembly of plant facilities and in the maintenance of automated production lines, with the risks that may occur there.

It develops its professional activity in companies dedicated to the installation and/or maintenance of machinery, industrial equipment and automated production lines, in the corresponding departments of the production companies themselves. This qualification is functionally located in the areas of installation and assembly in plant and definition, planning of the maintenance and repair of industrial facilities.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1282_3 training module. respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, specifically in the planning, management and realization of the maintenance and supervision of the assembly of machinery, industrial equipment and automated production lines, within the professional area of the machinery and industrial equipment, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge to plan and supervise the installation of the machinery, industrial equipment and automated lines.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
