- Know the regulations that govern labor relations, and handle them for consultation in contract management, payroll calculation and social security management activities. - Locate and access information about the Agreement applicable to your company in order to apply it in the company's labor management. - Learn what the different elements of an employment contract are, and the particularities of each of them to comply with the requirements established therein. - Know the steps to follow to communicate employment contracts through the application developed for this purpose called Contrat@. - Make the appropriate modifications to the employment contract as required by the company's circumstances, applying labor regulations. - Know the salary structure and its different components for calculating payroll, deductions and withholdings for personal income tax. Practice calculating different payrolls. Learn what aspects related to the payment of salaries that must be met in routine labor management. - Learn the requirements to meet when registering the company with Social Security, affiliation, registration and cancellation of employees.
