Postgraduate in Online Law: Postgraduate in Administrative Law + University Degree (5 ECTS credits)

This online course in administrative law offers specialized training in the field. We have to comment that administrative law is of recent training although in constant evolution, its functions are: regulate the relationship between administered and the administration, the structure the internal organization of the administration and the regulation of relations with other branches of the law and with which they do not belong to the law. With the formation of this course, it will become an expert in administrative law.

- Know the organization of public administrations. - Study the different administration modalities: State, regional and local. - Identify the legal norms and organs of elaboration, approval and publication. - Perform the administrative procedures of the review procedures of the acts of the Tax Administration - Apply the regulations of the administrative and contentious -administrative procedures, in the drafting and presentation of official documents and printed printed types of the public bodies and administrations, in accordance with the nature of the information to be expressed. - Deepen the legal classification of public sector contracts. - Analyze and synthesize the content of writings prepared by the different administrations or aimed at them for registration in conventional or computer support. - Solve the processing problems that arise in the most relevant stages of the common administrative procedure, correctly applying the law and other regulations of a regulatory nature. - Analyze the procedure for validating documents in accordance with current legislation.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
