Administrative law is the branch of the right in charge of regulating public administration, which is based on legally ordering its organization, services and relations with citizens. In recent years, the management of business documents has gone from being invisible to acquire great strategic importance to proceed with decision -making in processes. With the realization of this course, the necessary knowledge will be provided to proceed correctly, and attending in any case to the current regulations, the adequate management, administration and treatment of the company's information.

- Know the basis of public law, as well as their relationship with respect to the creation, organization and operation of files in companies. - Organize the company's file and documents management. - Create, treat, manage, circulate, store and conserve data, documents and information generated in companies.

This course prepares students to proceed correctly, and attending in any case to current regulations, the adequate management, administration and treatment of the company's information.

This course is intended for those who are interested, either for professional or personal reasons, in relation to administrative law and archive in the company.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
