UF1708 Course and dynamization of collective fitness activities with musical support

In the field of sports activities it is necessary to know and know the types and classes of facilities they offer, as well as their devices, elements, machinery and utensils that are used in them. In addition to all this, it is convenient to know the functioning of our human body, in order to understand how we move, why we move and what mechanisms make this happen. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the direction and revitalization of physical activities in sports facilities.

- Analyze the basic movements of the locomotor apparatus from the biomechanical point of view and its involvement for the execution of physical exercises. - Deduce the psychosociological factors that can influence relational dynamics and user attention. - Apply supervision and maintenance techniques of the facilities and material resources characteristic of SEPS, to ensure their adaptation and safety in the development of the different training activities. - Direct collective fitness activities with musical support by applying the most appropriate methodological strategies. - Evaluate collective fitness programs with musical support, both in its different stages (cycles) and in its complete development, in relation to, the quality of the service and the degree of user satisfaction/customers for the evolution of their physical and technical condition. - Identify and apply in simulated situations the most common emergency plans in sports facilities.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1708 Formative Unit. Address and revitalization of collective fitness activities with musical support, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of physical and sports activities, more specifically those linked to group physical conditioning with musical support, within the professional area of physical-sports activities, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the direction and revitalization of collective fitness activities with musical support.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
