Summary
Forensic nursing is a specialization consisting of necessary activities and attention during any type of autopsy, either necessary for the legal or pathological scope. In this sense, part of the tasks that will have entrusted between type of professionals will be related to the collection of evidence, psychological care for family members and assistance to the medical professional responsible for the process. To respond to these needs, through this course in legal and forensic nursing, it is intended to offer students the necessary training that contributes to develop the necessary skills to participate in the processes related to the forensic technique.

Thanks to the course in legal and forensic nursing you can acquire the fundamental knowledge about Forensic Nursing and Criminology to deepen the actions of this professional field. You will develop the skills required to carry out their own expert activities and professionals, thanks to the knowledge of anthropology, chemistry, forensic toxicology and tanatology, among others
Who is it addressed to?
This course is aimed exclusively at diplomas or graduates in nursing according to Law 44/2003, of November 21, on the ordination of health professions.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
