Summary
There are pathologies in which it is necessary to make a modification of the patient's diet and apply a therapeutic diet. These are adapted to the disease, so they must be individualized, and therefore extensive knowledge is required in the main hospital and nutrition pathologies. Thanks to this course in Hospital Nutrition and Dietetics you will acquire the necessary knowledge about hospital nutrition, learning the foundations of clinical nutrition that includes the physiology of nutrition, the nutritional requirements in the different pathologies and the patterns of evaluation of the nutritional status of hospitalized patients. In addition, you will know the foundations of artificial nutrition.

With this course in Nutrition and Hospital Dietetics you will have the possibility of learning to perform an evaluation of the nutritional status of hospitalized patients, thoroughly, to adapt the food to their pathology or diagnose if it presents malnutrition.
