In the current labor market, it is normal to take into account the technological development and the scope of the economic objectives of the organization, forgetting too often that the work is developed and the objectives are met by people with diverse abilities, motivations and expectations, so we cannot forget the risks of psychosocial origin that, due to the frequency and incidence with which they occur, have serious repercussions on the health of the individual. Since the entry into force of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, companies must avoid any situation that could affect the Safety and Health of their workers. In all jobs there may be psychosocial risks, these being the ones that generate longer sick leave, in addition to being the most recurrent. On the other hand, stress is one of the main causes of sick leave in our work environment, very negatively affecting the quality of life and health of workers in the short and long term, in addition to the threat it poses to the achievement of business objectives. Hence arises the need to prevent its effects and learn to manage situations that generate negative stress so that they do not become a source of tension and discomfort, being an essential step to achieve stability and psychological well-being in the workplace. This training action will provide the appropriate knowledge to address good management of the situations that cause the appearance of mental fatigue and stress, through a series of evaluation and control techniques, allowing the modulation of behaviors in those variables that cause discomfort.
