- Analyze information about the design, location, dimensions, environmental characteristics and equipment necessary for the creation of a winery, taking into account the basic conditions that must be met. - Analyze the conservation and maturation process of wines and other beverages in the winery. - Analyze, define and develop supply, reception and storage processes for wines and other beverages, specifying control measures and instruments. - Formalize and control inventories of wines and other beverages to know their quantity and degree of rotation and conservation. - Analyze and apply the usual procedures for controlling consumption in the winery, arguing their logic.
It carries out its activity in large, medium and small restaurant companies, usually in the private sector and reporting to a hierarchical superior. You can also develop your professional activity in the field of wine and other beverage trade, whether in direct sales, distribution or consulting.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Module MF1109_3 Management of Wineries in Restoration, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as such as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
