Objectives

- Analyze the technical documentation of insulation systems, determining the activities and resources, to plan the maintenance process. - Prepare written procedures for the maintenance operations of insulation systems, determining the tasks, materials, means and criteria for the control of execution. - Apply programming techniques that optimize resources in order to develop intervention and maintenance monitoring programs. - Control general maintenance operations in an insulation system based on technical documentation, applying standardized procedures, corresponding regulations and acting under safety standards. - Analyze the prevention and security measures regarding the actions of handling facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of companies in the sector. - Apply the safety plan by analyzing the company's prevention, safety and environmental protection measures. - Relate the safety means and equipment used in the assembly and maintenance of isolation systems with the risks that may arise therein. - Analyze the safety and environmental standards applicable in the assembly and maintenance processes of insulation systems, to determine the criteria and guidelines that must be followed in the assembly and maintenance operations. - Detect deficiencies in insulation systems, carrying out the corresponding test, according to its characteristics and technical, quality and safety requirements. - Determine the maintenance needs of insulation systems, analyzing the maintenance plan and the action plan. - Diagnose dysfunctions or breakdowns in the insulation systems, locating and identifying them, determining the causes that produce them and applying the required procedures in safe conditions. - Carry out dismantling operations of damaged insulation system elements, applying safety measures outlined in the action protocols and disposing of materials in accordance with the environmental waste treatment plans. - Carry out maintenance operations on insulation systems, by repairing the material or by replacing it, following instructions and observing the personal and environmental safety measures established in the action protocols.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF1813 Management of the Maintenance of Insulation Systems, belonging to the Training Module MF1888_3 Management and Supervision of the Maintenance of Insulation Systems, Passenger Cars and Vans, and Service Provision, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, the route through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Professional Certificate, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
