IMAQ0210 COURSE DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECTS OF FACILITIES OF MANAGEMENT, ELEVATION AND TRANSPORT

Within the world of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development of projects of maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, within the professional area of machinery and industrial equipment. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the development of projects of support, elevation and transportation facilities.

- Characterize the diagrams, sketches, tables and functional scheme of mechanical systems used in maintenance, elevation and transport facilities, based on the draft, specifications and previous design and quality criteria, applying the corresponding regulations and regulations. - Characterize the mechanical and structural equipment and elements that make up the support, elevation and transportation installation, based on previous design and quality criteria, applying occupational risk prevention legislation and the corresponding environmental regulations. - Select the mechanical and structural equipment and elements that make up the installation of maintenance, elevation and transport, using established standards and procedures, based on the characterization (function and characteristics) previously determined, specific design and design criteria and criteria, taking into account the regulations for the prevention of labor risk, and corresponding environmental regulations. - Analyze the operation of hydraulic and tire networks and systems used in the support, elevation and transportation facilities based on project documentation. - Analyze the operation of the rotating machines used in the tire and hydraulic networks and systems of maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, their typology and applications in the different circuits. - Analyze the operation and characteristics of the manual and automatic valves used in the net-hydraulic networks and systems of the support, elevation and transport facilities. - Calculate the dimensions of pipelines and ducts of the hydraulic and tire of maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, based on their technical specifications, applying established procedures. - Configure net and hydraulic networks and systems of maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, determining and selecting machines, equipment, elements, dimensioned of the networks and materials, using the required procedure and means, complying with the current regulations and regulations that are application. - Analyze the operation of the different electric machines used in lifting, maintenance and transport facilities. - Analyze the food, protection, start and regulation systems of electric machines, an elevation, maintenance and transportation installation identifying the circuits and elements that configure them, describing the function they perform. - Analyze the technical documentation of maintenance, elevation and transport facilities determining the activities and resources that will serve as a basis for planning the assembly process. - Prepare the assembly procedures of maintenance, elevation and transport facilities, determining operations, materials, means and control of execution in personal and environmental safety conditions. - Apply machine assembly techniques, equipment and elements of the maintenance, elevation and transport facilities, based on implementation plans, application regulations and regulations and with the required safety. - Apply programming techniques to optimize the use of resources and production loads, and prepare the execution and monitoring programs of the assembly of maintenance, elevation and transport facilities.

It develops its professional activity in the area of engineering or technical office that serves to the department of projects of companies of the public and private sectors related to the support, elevation and transport facilities, such as cranes, forklifts, elevators, conveyor belts, mobile food and transportation platforms, storage systems, automated feeding and palletization, among others.

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the IMAQ0210 Professional Certificate of Projects of Installations of maintenance, elevation and transport, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, more specifically those linked to the development of projects of support, elevation and transportation facilities, within the professional area of machinery and industrial equipment, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the development of projects of support, elevation and transportation facilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
