Judicial Expert Course in Traffic Accident Investigation + University Degree in Preparation of Expert Reports (Double Degree with 5 ECTS University Credits)

This course is aimed at industrial technical engineers and/or university graduates in the subject matter of the course, and in the event that the subject is not included in any professional title, it is also aimed at any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts and tribunals, especially in the criminal and civil fields. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its Article 340.1: Experts must have the official title that corresponds to the subject matter of the opinion and its nature. If these are subjects that are not included in official professional titles, they must be appointed from people knowledgeable in those subjects.
