The company's legal controller offers a complete and comprehensive vision of the new figures: Complence Officer and DPD, currently booming in all areas of law. Specifically it offers the basic elements that allow those responsible within the company to identify in their daily activity the risk areas, determine the actions to be adopted to avoid responsibilities as well as analyze the measures and mechanisms that the company could implement to minimize risks.
