Summary
Starting from the base that when there is a conflict there is a confrontation, a shock, a struggle between the parties involved in the initial disagreement, it is necessary, to know and possess the necessary skills to carry out the management of these conflicts with an impact on the control of stress and emotions in these situations. Arbitration and mediation are alternative methods to the judicial litigation that allow, with the help of a third party, to seek a safe solution, in time and cost reduced, and that allows to take into account additional aspects and interests of the parties and create options that in the courts would not be taken into account, all confidentially, maintaining or even increasing commercial relations and, above all, preserving control over the final resolution of the conflict.

Today, labor, personal, business relations or all those that suppose an interaction between people, give rise to the emergence of conflicts between them. In this training you will know two of the extrajudicial systems of conflict resolution such as arbitration and mediation facilitating the student based on practical examples. Conflicts will be discussed from a practical point of view with the intention of knowing how to face a situation in which the parties prefer not to go to courts in the first instance. In the expert course in arbitration and mediation, it will be terminated to learn to channel conflicts through these two systems, on an ethical, legal and moral basis preparing it for the mediator function or to be part of the body of referees.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
