MF0275-3 course physical conditioning activities

At present there is a great offer of activities related to physical and sports activities, both professionally and recreationally recreationally, so it is very important and periodic of the physical, biological and motivational condition of users, with an optimal quality level both in the process and in the results and always from the observance and promotion of health and well -being and basic standards of the facilities of this type of rooms, for the prevention of the different types of existing risks. Therefore, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to know and know how to apply the different physical conditioning activities.

- Analyze the basic movements of the locomotor apparatus from the biomechanical point of view and its implementation for the execution of physical exercises. - Apply supervision and maintenance techniques of facilities and material resources characteristic of SEPS, to ensure their adaptation and safety in the development of different training activities. - Describe and demonstrate the practical execution of the exercises and the use of the most frequent material in physical conditioning activities in a versatile training room. - Analyze the characteristics of the different activities and physical conditioning exercises typical of a versatile training room and execute them with absolute correction. - Identify and apply in simulated situations emergency plans, more common in sports facilities. - Deduce the psychosociological factors that can influence relational dynamics and customer service. - Direct physical conditioning activities applying specific methodologies for its development in the context of a SEP. - Analyze habits and complementary practices to physical activity that have a direct impact on health and quality of life. - Develop event programs (competition competitions, exhibitions and celebrations, among others) typical of dry and aquatic fitness.

This activity is carried out both in the public and private sector in: gyms, sports services, sports bosoms or municipal sports entities, sports clubs or associations, clubs or social associations, tourism companies (hotels, camping, spa, etc.), large companies with sports services for their employees, geriatric centers or social character, sports federations, public sports organizations (deputations, deputations, general directions, general directions, general directions of sports, general directions, general directions, general directions of sports, etc.)

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0275_3 Formative Module. Physical conditioning activities certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those professionally interested or for personal reasons in physical and sports activities, oriented to recreational physical-sports activities, specifically physical conditioning activities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
