MF1442-3 DIDACTIC PROGRAMMING OF TRAINING Actions for Employment (Online)

The professional training subsystem for employment is made up of the set of instruments and actions that are intended to boost and extend between companies and occupied workers a training that responds to their needs and contributes to the development of an economy based on knowledge. With this course you learn to take the didactic programming process for a training activity, while providing the necessary knowledge in this area about professional certificates

- Identify the regulations linked to professional training for employment - Establishment of methodological coordination guidelines adapted to the corresponding training modality - Development of the didactic programming of a training action based on the modality of delivery and the characteristics of the recipients - Preparation of a temporary didactic programming - Learning of the development of the programmed didactic units and sequencing of contents and activities

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1442_3 Training Programming of Training Actions for Employment, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all the people who develop their work within the scope of professional training for employment and anyone who wants to enter the learning of the didactic programming of training actions

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
