MF1794-3 Course Management of Commercial Actions of Mediation Activity

Within the world of administration and management it is necessary to know the different fields of private insurance and reinsurance and auxiliary activities, within the professional area of finance and insurance. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management of commercial actions of the mediation activity.

- Analyze the structure and characteristics of the mediation activity of insurance and reinsurance, as well as their evolution and implications with the entities, distinguishing their particularities and their relationships. - Apply the techniques of segmentation and research of basic markets, in commercial actions typical of the mediation activity, relating the different segments, and the different types of insurance and reinsurance. - Analyze the organization of more common commercial actions in the activity of mediation of insurance and reinsurance, applying techniques for allocation of resources and times. - Apply cross -sales, complementary and substitute techniques through the different communication channels in the loyalty and monitoring actions of the clients portfolio of the insurance and reinsurance mediation activity. - Apply the monitoring and control methods of the different types of commercial actions of the insurance and reinsurance mediation activity.

He develops his professional and foreign account activity in mediation activities, mediation mediating among the insurance or reinsurance and insured makers of a part, and the authorized insurance or reinsure entities of another, in the insurance or private reinsurer. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1794_3 Management of Commercial Actions of the Mediation Activity, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of administration and management, specifically in mediation of private insurance and reinsurance and auxiliary activities, within the professional area of finance and insurance, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of commercial actions of the mediation activity.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
