MF1940_2 Special Pasta

In the field of building and civil works, it is necessary to know the different fields of the coatings with pasta and mortars under construction, within the professional area masonry and finishes. Thus, this course is intended to provide knowledge for pasta and special mortars for isolation, waterproofing and repairs.

- Analyze the coating work with pasta and special insulation mortars, identifying, the different types of applications and their purposes, and recognizing the materials to be applied. - Apply coating techniques with pasta and special insulation mortars including the sealing of facilities penetrations, checking the state of supports and unique points for a given application and complying with the specific quality and safety measures. - Analyze the coating work with pasta and special waterproofing mortars, identifying the different types of applications and their purposes, and recognizing the materials to be applied. - Apply coating techniques with pasta and special waterproofing mortars, checking the state of supports and unique points for a given application and complying with specific quality and safety measures. - Analyze the repair and reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures by special or technical mortars, describing the operation of reinforced concrete and the elements that are part of the passive armor, identifying the different types of applications and their purposes, and recognizing the materials to be applied. -Apply repair or reinforcement techniques of reinforced concrete structures through special mortars -o technicians-, checking the status of structures and complying with specific quality and safety measures.

He develops his activity in the production area, mostly as an autonomous worker, but also wage earner in small, medium and large private companies, under the direction and supervision of a manager, and in his case organizing the work of his team of operators. Collaborates in the prevention of risk of its scope of responsibility, being able to perform the basic function of occupational risk prevention.

The present training is adjusted to the itinerary of the Certificate of Professionalism MF1940_2 Pastas and Special Morteros for isolation, waterproofing and repairs, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of building and civil works, specifically in coatings with pasta and mortars under construction, within the professional area masonry and finishes, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to pasta and special mortars for isolation, waterproofing and repairs.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
