MF2168_3 course for the reception and categorization of demands and user communication

In the field of safety and environment, it is necessary to know the different fields of Emergency Attention, Management and Coordination Teleoperators, within the professional area Security and Prevention. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to receive the call, processing the information, establishing and managing the appropriate response based on the priority and the type of demand, as well as carrying out the monitoring and coordination between the different institutions involved in the emergency management, under the supervision of the sector / supervisor technician, using, in case necessary, the English language.

- Define the structure and function of an Emergency Coordinating Center and the necessary conditions to guarantee the quality of service to citizens and the security in the professional performance of their workers. - Establish the connection to a call attention system, dispatch and emergency coordination. - Identify the call reception and emergency demand procedure. - Apply and, where appropriate, choose the elements of the interpersonal communication process. - Identify the elements that concur in an integrated transmission system to have an overview of its operation. - Manage the general cartography to place the address of demand and obtain geographical information on the emergency environment: place topography, singular elements, access roads, among others. - Manage geographic information systems to place demand address and obtain geographical information on the emergency scenario that facilitates the management and coordination of interventions.

He develops his professional activity in Emergency and Emergency Coordination Centers. Professionals specialized in telephone, the media and the coordination of personnel and health teams.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2168_3 Techniques for the reception and categorization of demands and communication with the user, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of safety and environment, specifically in Teleoperations of Care, Management and Emergency Coordination, within the professional area Security and Prevention, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the techniques for the reception and categorization of demands and communication with the user.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
