MF2211_1 AUXILIARY OPERATIONS OF ASSISTANCE TO MERCHISHES IN AIR LOAD TERMS

In the field of transport and maintenance of vehicles, it is necessary to know the different fields of auxiliary passenger assistance operations, luggage, goods and aircraft in airports, within the aeronautical professional area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out auxiliary operations for merchandise assistance in the air load terminal.

- Perform operations to receive goods from individuals, agents and transit applying the required techniques, using the necessary equipment and means and acting under safety standards. - Perform ULD preparation activities (pallets, containers, baskets, among others) for different types of flights, applying the required techniques, using the necessary equipment and means and acting under safety standards. - Carry out, ULD discharge activities, disconnsusolization and tap of load units and collection in the air manifesto, applying the required techniques, using the necessary equipment and means and acting under safety standards. - Carry out merchandise movements related to delivery, storage, supply, flight preparation, among others, using the equipment and media based on the load, operation or conditions in which it must be carried out, and acting under safety standards. - Carry out merchandise truck activities handling the commonly used equipment and the necessary equipment and means, applying the required techniques and acting under safety standards. - Cite aeronautical organisms and institutions and describe airport infrastructure and aircraft configuration, as well as their main characteristics, functionalities and regulations in force, for application to perform auxiliary operations for assistance to luggage and goods in airports. - Identify the human factors present in the performance of auxiliary operations for the assistance of luggage and merchandise in airports, explaining how they affect the different activities. - Indicate the security measures to be followed in the airport environment for application to the auxiliary operations for assistance to luggage and merchandise in airports. - Apply merchandise and luggage manipulation techniques of differentiated treatment including the dangerous, following the established procedures and acting under safety standards.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of an airports of any size, of both public and private nature, in the cargo and passenger terminals, as well as in ramp, depending functionally and hierarchically of a superior. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2211_1 Training Operations for merchandise assistance in air loading terminals, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of vehicle transport and maintenance, specifically in auxiliary passenger assistance operations, luggage, goods and airport aircraft, within the aeronautical professional area, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to carry out auxiliary operations for merchandise assistance in the air cargo terminal.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
