MF2229-3 Course Organization and management of a workshop or graphic study

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know everything related to the world of illustration, within the professional area of artistic graphic activities and techniques. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to organize and manage the workshop or graphic study.

- Analyze the tax and legal obligations necessary for the constitution and legal functioning of workshops or graphic studies, as well as the possible subsidies that could benefit. - Apply techniques for searching and organization of documentary sources related to calls, competitions, and possible public and private subsidies from which they can benefit workshops or graphic work studies. - Apply workshop organization techniques or graphic studies optimizing resources and infrastructure depending on the type of graphic work to be carried out and maintaining the best working conditions for the development of the activity. - Analyze the update and maintenance needs of a workshop or graphic study, taking into account the available resources and applicable safety regulations. - Evaluate the economic viability of projects for the creation of the study or artistic workshop, taking into account the market situation in relation to the type of graphic work to be developed. - Propose dissemination and advertising actions for a workshop or graphic study, valuing the most appropriate areas and analyzing the results they may have. - Analyze the documentation regarding contracts and commissioning orders, applying current legislation on intellectual property rights.

It develops its professional activity in publishing companies, illustration and design studies, advertising agencies, producing or audiovisual media, art departments in the press and dissemination, video game producers. In general, he performs his work on his own, as an independent professional or in business association, although it can also be on behalf of others, in companies or workshops of small, medium or large size.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2229_3 organization and management of a workshop or graphic study, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the field of graphic arts, specifically in guillotined and folding, within the professional area of the industrial binding, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge to organize and manage the workshop or graphic study.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
