Postgraduate Early Stimulation Course: Postgraduate Early Stimulation and Child Psychomotor Development (Triple Degree + 10 ECTS credits)

Early care implies preventing, detecting and intervening in problem situations in child development in an attempt to ensure the physical, psychological and social well -being of the boy and the girl with disabilities, disorders or at risk of suffering from them. The present postgraduate of early stimulation and child psychomotor development aims to provide teachers with the necessary knowledge and tools for the design and development of preventive, optimizing actions that facilitate the proper maturation of children in all evolutionary areas. Likewise, training in psychomotor skills are offered to offer adequate stimuli to the child for adequate development.

- Know the scope, the target population and the main theoretical models in early care. - Learn the basic patterns of diagnosis and intervention in children with evolutionary disorders from a broad and multidisciplinary perspective. - Detail the early signs of the various disorders and difficulties in the development to make possible early detection and more effective intervention. - Know that it is psychomotor skills and its intervention areas. - Know psychomotor development and how the body scheme is acquired. - Acquire knowledge of our body to work the different disorders and alterations. - Learn strategies to carry out a good psychomotor socio -educational intervention. - Know the concept of stimulation and its foundation. - Address stimulation from the therapeutic perspective, focusing on psychomotor delay. - Know the benefits, techniques and recommendations of child massage. - Intervention in the early ages using the aquatic environment as an element.

The present postgraduate of early stimulation and children's psychomotor development is aimed at higher technicians in Infant Education, Children's Garden Assistants, Primary Education Masters, Primary Education, Social Educators, Psychologists, pedagogues, psychopedagogues, etc. And, in general, any university degree interested in performing their professional work in the teaching field or any father or mother who wants to learn stimulation techniques for early ages and psychomotor techniques.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
