The objectives of the farm administrator course are the following: - Obtain the official degree that accredits you to exercise as farming administrator and communities manager. - Provide the student in a quick and simple way to carry out the management and direction of communities. - Prepare to exercise as farmer administrator and communities manager. Management of your own rental management company, administration of real estate assets, management of all kinds of neighboring communities, etc. - Determine the real estate portfolio applying prospecting techniques and direct marketing actions for the location of real estate in different territories or areas of real estate activity. - Apply real estate collection techniques in cold contact with type -owned customers, in different situations and contexts typical of real estate activity. - Carry out the promotion of the real estate portfolio, using real estate promotion techniques and customer relations management, in order to guarantee its dissemination in a coordinated manner with the established sales plan. - Identify the needs and availability of the purchase or rental of customers-demanding according to the profile and socio-economic characteristics of the same to adapt the offer or portfolio of available properties and record their needs. - Calculate the quota of the different types of taxes that tax the usual real estate operations, applying the current tax regulations. - Identify the assumptions of application of the Patrimonial Transmissions Tax or Tax on Value added to real estate operations.

But the course itself does not allow access to the aforementioned membership.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
