This Postgraduate Degree in Food Science and Technology explains the technological processes used in the food industry, making a global study on the technology of foods of animal origin, through the biochemical aspects, their components and the technological treatments that are usually applied to them for their commercialization. Thanks to the Postgraduate Degree in Food Science and Technology, the student will achieve a global and complete vision composed of the compendium of functions and concepts that besiege the field of food safety. We are approaching the awareness of all professionals in the food field of the importance of their work, of their good practices, since it depends, to a large extent, on the spread of food security in the population. The course aims to train in the field of hazard analysis systems and critical control points, in order to avoid eating contaminated food and implement the HACCP self-control system in companies.
