Radio frequency measurements course: UF2187 Supervision of radiofrequency signals measurements

In the field of computer science and communications, it is necessary to know the different second level maintenance fields in radiocommunications systems, within the professional area communications. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to coordinate the commissioning of radiocommunications systems of fixed and mobile networks, more specifically on the supervision of the measurements of the radiofrequency signals.

- Describe the standards referring to the quality and availability objectives of the radiocommunications systems of fixed and mobile networks related to the phase of commissioning of the radiocommunications system, identifying the different possible levels of operation depending on the type of network object of the project. - Describe the current regulations on safety levels related to exposure to electromagnetic fields, applicable to radiocommunications systems of fixed and mobile networks. - Describe the processes of measures and the types of instrumentation required for the purpose of ensuring, for each radiocommunications installation, compliance with the exposure limits established by current legislation, taking into account the requirements that must be applied. - Explain the characteristics and procedures for the use of the instruments and tools for measuring signal quality and safety levels.

It develops its professional activity in public or private companies or entities, of any size, both on their own and on behalf of others, that have communications network infrastructure and offer communications services.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2187 Supervision of the measurements of the radiofrequency signals certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of computer science and communications specifically in second level maintenance in radiocommunications systems within the professional communications area and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the supervision of the measurements of the radiofrequency signals.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
