Summary
With the course in health legislation of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, it will study the regulation of actions that allow effective the right to the protection of citizens' health, the regime of definition and application of the rights and duties of citizens regarding health services in the CCAA and the general management of health activities in Andalusia. Fundamental to know this health regulation of Andalusia, because, it develops the contents of the General Law of Health on the Rights and Obligations of citizens in health services, expanding the faculties of free choice of health professional, service and health center, as well as the right to the second opinion and access to information related to their health status.
