MF1814-3 COURSE Management of intensive saprophyte mushrooms

In the agrarian field, it is necessary to know the different fields of production and collection management of mushrooms and truffles, within the professional agriculture area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management of the intensive cultivation of saprophytes mushrooms.

- Establish criteria for organization and supervision of sterilized substrates production operations based on previously prepared programming and the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Establish criteria for the organization and supervision of the necessary processes for the sowing and incubation of inoculum based on the previously elaborated program and the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Develop a mycelium planting program and incubation of substrate in different types of containers, specifying the key aspects of your organization and supervision. - Prepare a monitoring and control program of saprophyte mushroom production, attending to the parameters established for each of the species to be cultivated and determining the criteria to be applied in their supervision. - Determine the actions in the organization and supervision of the operations of collection and manipulation of the different species of saprophytes, according to the previously elaborated program. - Establish the criteria of packaging and labeling of different species of saprophytes, specifying the key aspects of your organization and supervision. - Prepare a program of organization of human resources in intensive cultivation operations of saprobiah mushrooms, depending on the established objectives and activities.

It develops its professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhized plants and fungal collection, following, where appropriate, instructions of the person responsible for production, and being able to have their lower level personal charge.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1814_3 Training Module Management of Saprophyte Mushrooms Certifying having exceeded the different Units of Competition In it included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of agricultural services, specifically in the management of agricultural production, within the professional agriculture area, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of intensive cultivation of saprophytes mushrooms.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
