Therefore, this course of specialist in care and adoption from systemic theory: regulations and administrative procedure in Social Work intends to train social workers in the different contexts that could be in this process to act properly. These actions range from the study of regulation concepts for the acceptance and adoption, to the management of the administrative process and all those aspects to take into account in the acceptance and adoption from the systemic theory. As we see, this adoption course is intended to help those families to which they are managed to manage adoption and care processes.

- Develop the different interventions carried out by the social worker at different times of foster care and adoption. - Know how to use the techniques and strategies for each stage of the foster and adoptive process. - Orient how to act to positively manage all situations that arise in the adopted process. - Study parental rights as the set of duties, attributions and rights that parents have regarding their children. - Learn about the regulatory legal provisions on the protection of the minor, as well as on their rights. - Know the role of protection institutions in the impossibility of parents or guardians to exercise their functions or in the face of the risk and/or homelessness of the child. - Perform a delimitation at the end of "food" such as the right that the food one holds on the alimentative to claim what is necessary for the satisfaction of their vital needs

This adoption course is aimed at social work professionals in particular, or all those people or students interested in acquiring or deepening their knowledge about the foster care and adoption from the systemic theory, as well as the regulations and administrative procedure of these processes for the guidance of families.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
