TRANSFORMED PROCESSES COURSE: UF2812 Organization of the workshop in transform processes

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the different fields of production management in paper, cardboard and other graphic supports, within the professional area transformation and conversion into graphic industries. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to organize and supervise production in the processes of paper, cardboard and other graphic supports.

- Analyze the different industrial binding processes assessing their main characteristics according to the typology of machines and production lines, technical adjustment procedures and the operations involved. - Evaluate the technical possibilities and production capabilities of the machines and manufacturing lines used in the processes of paper, cardboard and other graphic supports, considering all the variables involved.

It develops its professional activity in the graphic industry, in private or public companies of paper, cardboard and other graphic supports. In small, medium or large companies, with very diverse organizational/ technological levels. It is integrated into a work team where it develops individual and team tasks. He performs his work as an independent technician or as an intermediate command that organizes and directs the work of a technical team in his charge, assuming collaboration functions in the management of environmental security and prevention, being able to perform, among them those of basic level of occupational risk prevention. It depends hierarchically on the Director of Production and/or the Company Manager.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2812 Organization of the workshop in transformed processes, belonging to the MF1681_3 Formative Module, production control in transform processes, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of graphic arts, specifically in production management in paper, cardboard and other graphic supports, within the professional area transformation and conversion into graphic industries, and to all those interested in acquiring necessary knowledge to organize and monitor production in the processes of paper, cardboard transforms and other graphic supports.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
