UF0310 COURSE Development of building projects

We are immersed in a society where it is essential to have the necessary skills to opt for the granting of a project, in which the development of the same will be vital. Competent professionals are needed in the development of building projects, capable of differentiating different construction systems, available machinery, different constructive typologies, etc. This course provides the necessary tools to develop skills in the area of building project development, contributing to achieve greater specification in the field of building and civil works.

- Argue the fulfillment of the functional demands of a building, valuing the design of an element or space based on the proportions and disposition of the same, and proposing alternatives. - Represent the solutions provided for the definition of a building, differentiating and valuing the different elements that make up the representation.

Project and execution areas, as an autonomous or wage worker in small, medium and large companies.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF0310 training unit Development of building projects, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of building and civil works, specifically in the work of development of building projects, within the professional area of projects and monitoring of works, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge of developments of structural elements.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
