UF1805 course/uninstall of the insulating coatings manufacturing workshop

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the installation and maintenance of thermal, acoustic insulation and passive protection systems against fire, within the professional area assembly and maintenance of facilities. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the installation/uninstall of the insulating coatings manufacturing workshop.

- Perform operations for preparation, fixing and assembly of auxiliary media and supports necessary to place insulation, according to technical specifications, plans and procedures. - Carry out the installation/uninstall of the "on work" manufacturing workshop, including the machines and equipment planned in the mounting plans and specifications.

It develops its professional activity in small, medium and large companies in public and private sectors dedicated to prefabrication in plant, assembly and maintenance of isolation systems, except for those destined for enclosures and partitions in building and civil works.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF1805 Formative Unit Installation/Uninstall of the Manufacture of Coatings Insulating in Work, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This set of didactic materials is adjusted to what is stated in the learning itinerary belonging to the UF1805 Formative Unit Installation/Uninstallation of the Manufacture of Coating Insulating in Work, included in the MF1880_2 Training Module necessary to carry out prefabrication in plant, installation, maintenance and repair of thermal, acoustic insulation and passive protection systems against fire, in equipment and facilities located in industries, ships and buildings, in accordance with established procedures, assembly and maintenance plans, with the required quality, complying with the current regulations and regulations, as well as with the labor and environmental risk prevention plans.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
