UF2339 course placement of synthetic membranes

In the field of building and civil works, it is necessary to know the different fields of waterproofing by membranes formed with sheets, within the professional area of placement and assembly. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the placement of synthetic membranes.

- Interpret works of placement of synthetic membranes in flat roofs, buried walls and soils, classifying the membranes by layer structure and their fixation, and representing by simple sketches the precise treatment in the singular points. - Apply waterproofing techniques by synthetic sheets, both elastic and plastic, constituting the membranes in flat roofs, buried walls and soils, obtaining stagnant joints and applying the indicated fixation system, performing the treatment of the singular points and fulfilling the specific quality and safety measures.

He develops his activity in the production area, as an autonomous or wage worker, in small, medium and large private companies, under the direction and supervision of a manager, and in his case organizing the work of his operators team. Collaborates in the prevention of risk of its scope of responsibility, being able to perform the basic function of occupational risk prevention.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2339 Placement of synthetic membranes, certifying having overcome the different units of competence in them included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
