UF2510 COOK COURSE, CLASSIFICATION AND WASH

In the field of the Professional Chemical Family it is necessary to know the fundamental aspects in manufacturing chemical and/or semi -diamics. Thus, with the present course of the Professional Area Pasta, Paper and Cardboard, it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to know the main aspects in the manufacture of chemical and/or semi -syiquimic pasta.

- Simulate and/or perform chemical and semi -demiquimic cooking of different raw materials (pine, eucalyptus and other plant fibers) under conditions similar to those used industrially by a practical assumption in the laboratory or pilot plant. - Analyze the separation operations of fine knots and purifications in chemical or semi -syiquimic pasta, relating them to the quality of the final product through the management of pilot or laboratory equipment. - Reproduce raw and bleached pasta washes with laboratory equipment, analyzing the influence of the different process variables. - Perform sampling and the necessary basic tests in pasta in the cooking and washing phases. - Perform first level maintenance as well as the cleaning operations of cooking and washing equipment - Apply environmental standards and recommendations in cooking, classification and washing processes.

He develops his professional activity both on his own and integrated into companies, public or private, dedicated to driving chemical and semi -syiquimic pasta manufacturing equipment

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Quio0112 Professional Certificate of chemical and/or semi -demiquimic pasta certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the Chemical Professional Family and more specifically in the Professional Area Pasta, Paper and Cardboard, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related in manufacturing chemical and/or semi -syiquimic pasta.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
