UF2836 Course: Production of knitting in circular piece

In the field of textile, preparation and skin, it is necessary to know the different fields of the knitting per plot or collection, within the professional area production of threads and tissues. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to prepare the raw materials and put the machines and equipment ready, to produce knitted tissues per plot or collection, applying the techniques and procedures necessary to achieve the production in quantity and with the required quality, in the planned deadlines, observing the established personal and environmental safety conditions.

- Analyze the set of activities to produce a circular piece fabric, in large diameter circular machines. - Select the raw material, according to technical file and prepare the large diameter circular machine for weaving. - Program high diameter circular machines, according to design and technical record established. - Make knit tissues in large diameter circular machines, checking the process and tubular tissue parameters. - Complete and finish the pieces in order to give it the appearance of final presentation.

This technician develops its activity in large, medium and small businesses, especially on behalf of others, dedicated to the production of knitted fabrics per collection.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2836 Production of knitted knitting in a circular piece, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of textile, preparation and skin, specifically in knitted weaves per plot or collection, within the professional area production of threads and tissues, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the production of knitted knitting in circular piece.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
