Some of the main objectives of this approved course consists in training the student for the exercise of the following functions: Knowledge of child and youth development, design, execution and evaluation of educational activities, acquisition and application of technical resources, teamwork, and in general, everything necessary to carry out the educational intervention of the School Eating Monitor. In addition, thanks to this online baremable course, the student will reach a global and complete vision composed of the compendium of functions and concepts that besieged the field of food security. We approach the awareness of all professionals in the food field of the importance of their work, on their good practices, since they depend on them, to a large extent, that food security in the population is extended. With the bharmatable approved course, it is intended to form in the scope of hazard analysis and critical control points, in order to avoid taking contaminated food and implanting the APPCC Self -Control System in companies. It is a chemable approved course for oppositions.

- Know the school dining room in its entire educational field as well as its operation. - Knowing the profile that the School Eaters monitor has to perform professionally. - Know the different nutritional needs in the school stage, such as the importance of a good education for health improvement. - Know that it is a balanced diet and to explain to the children of the dining room the advantages of following it. - Get good habits in food security. - Know the APPCC system and its phases. - Acquire knowledge about cleaning and disinfection properly. - Identify critical dangers and control points. - Acquire technical and theoretical knowledge.
