The following approved online course is aimed at any interested party who wishes to guide his professional career to the educational training carried out from the scope of school dining room monitoring, as well as to all those professionals who wish to improve their technical knowledge in this area. Also to those people who want to enter the world of food security, as well as in the composition of the APPCC system, already have previous knowledge in this regard or not, and/or want to achieve a homologated university degree.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
