Summary
According to the European Regulation 1169/2011, A, all companies in the food sector must implement, in a mandatory way, a series of measures aimed at eliminating or minimizing any food risk in consumer health. This course in allergen management in stores and shops offers students a guide on the implementation of allergen management and control plans, specifically about the importance of the correct labeling and information provided to the consumer about the components of the food, the food establishments that do not comply with the techniques of self -control in food safety marked in European regulations 1169/2011 € 600,000 (Law 17/2011).

The course in allergen management for stores and shops is intended for students to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes, which enables them to comply with current regulations on control and labeling allergens. Its main objective is to respond to the training needs derived from the new European Regulation on the information provided to the consumer, in order to increase the quality and safety in the food handling and treatment of food in the sales shops to the public.

The allergen management course in stores and shops is aimed at professionals in the food sector, dedicated to the sale of packaged foods, as well as all those interested in acquiring all knowledge related to the management and control of allergens and conditions on the information provided to the consumer, stipulated in the new regulation.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
