Summary
When we talk about surgical instrumentation we refer not only to the material and the equipment used by health personnel in the operating room, but also to the set of processes related to surgeon assistance in order to achieve an adequate manipulation of this endowment, which includes aspects related to sterilization, cleaning, disinfection and preparation of the material to be used. Through the Surgical Instrumentation Course, students are offered the appropriate training to update or expand their knowledge in this area.
